Classical training with a contemporary twist

When assigning musicians for your event, we pay attention to personalities to ensure that every interaction between you, our musicians, and your guests feels effortless. And when it comes to style, we want to complement your choices—not detract from them! If long black gowns are what you'd like us to wear, we’re on it. But if a boho event accented by pampas grass is in the works, we're equally willing to tailor our wardrobe AND the color of our DJ booth to blend with your aesthetic. Just ask!

We wrap ourselves around the details of your story to eliminate guesswork when building a suggested song list for your ceremony. Custom requests are also welcomed, and if you’re planning a religious ceremony, we’re happy to consult with your rabbi or priest. Our app makes it just as easy to pick your reception music by giving you the ability to quickly share favorite songs and a “do not play” list with your DJ. From Mozart to Maroon 5, we’ve got you covered.

Our musicians have impressive resumes and extensive classical training, so it may surprise you to hear that most of us are in our early twenties! This gives us the distinct advantage of being able to say “yes” to almost any contemporary song request—something that’s not exactly common among the majority of string musicians. Booking our Strings Package is the best way to create a classic ambiance for your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, or special event. There’s absolutely no comparison between a live performance and pre-recorded music. Check out our portfolio for proof!

Synthesis

Strings are amazing on their own, but an electric violin or saxophone backed by a full surround sound system is out of this world. Our travel-friendly DJ + String Synthesis Package also includes uplighting and audio engineering, which means LOADS of added value for you. 

  • Strings for ceremony
  • Cocktail hour: Your choice of A.) Electric violin, B.) Violin + ukulele, C.) Violin + saxophone, or D.) Jazz band (includes vocals, piano, and saxophone plus the option to add on percussion)
  • A PA system with a wireless mic for your vows + a clip-on lapel for your officiant

This all-inclusive entertainment experience features a strolling electric violinist to fill your venue with dynamic movement as attendees enjoy cocktails, and a DJ to keep the energy high throughout the night. Set the soundtrack to forever by surprising your soon-to-be fiance with strings! We'll stay in communication (secretly, of course) while you plan your proposal, and arrive at your selected location ready to create an intimate, romantic atmosphere for your engagement celebration.
