After signing your contract, you’ll
receive a questionnaire that captures
the details of your event + receive
access to our online planning portal.
Based on what you share, we’ll provide
curated suggestions for key moments,
helping take the guesswork out of the
entertainment design process.
After finalizing your setlist, we’ll talk
style. We love a themed event and will
always dress to your occasion! Beyond
our performance wardrobe, we have the
ability to tailor our keyboard
encasement, the color of our DJ booth,
and other enhancements to blend with
your aesthetic.

From timelines and song selections to contracts and
key conversations, our private client portal keeps every
detail of your entertainment plan organized in one p
place. Rather than sorting through scattered emails,
you and your planning team can access everything
within a streamlined hub while receiving automated
reminders to ensure important deadlines never slip
through the cracks.
When event day arrives, our focus shifts entirely to
delivering the atmosphere we designed together.
Whether you’ve booked live musicians, a DJ, immersive
performers, or a combination of all three, our artists
arrive fully prepared and ready to perform. Expect your
DJ to arrive 2.5 hours early to set up sound equipment
in all agreed-upon locations, and musicians to arrive at
least one hour in advance to run a sound check, with
music commencing 30 minutes prior to guest arrival.
